The Epirotes acknowledge their Greek Ancestry - Epirotët Pranojnë Prejardhjen e Tyre Helene

Numerous Epirotes left Albania to immigrate abroad when the Albanian State was established. They say that they belong to the Greek Race in the immigration documents.

Antonios Chargkis from the Palasa, Drymades wrote that he was a Greek in his documents when he immigrated.  He travelled with the SS Carpathia ship to reach his destination.

Speros Zafferes from the village Lazati of Valona declared Greek race in his immigration documents.  (Speros Zafferes nga fshati Llazati i Vlores ka deklaruar racën Greke në dokumentet e tij të emigracionit)

Vasilios John Vranos left North Epirus. He declared Greek race in his immigration documents. His shows that his residence was in North Epirus.
