On social media, Albanians pretend to be Trojans and Dardanians, claiming that Troy is the origin of the word "truall"- land in Albanian
Gustav Meyer claims that the Albanian word "Truall" is derived from the Latin word Terra, which signifies "Land" in Italian. Meyer did not tell Albanians the whole truth.

Italian priest Giacomo Jung in his Albanian- Latin Dictionary, writes that "Truall" means -land/area and the word "Troje" is the plural of the word "Truall".

But Vergilius Maro explains tell us what really the word "Tribulum" Tribula means:
"Tribula-the tribulum was a machine for thrashing corn; it is still used by the Turks. It consisted, as seen in the wood cut, of a wooden platform, having the underside made rough with iron spikes or sharp stones. It was drawn over the grain; and stones were often laid on it, or the driver sat on it ,to increase the weight. The first syllable of "tribulum" is long, because derived from the Greek τρίβω to rub"
